BBA’s development methodology has been a success as it has been developed around the core issues and benefits our clients look for while making decisions to work with partners like us. The account manager(s) workout the why, how, who and when of the project execution process.

We believe communication and understanding are the building blocks for good service to our clients and in order to ensure this we assign a single point of contact, an account manager, at BBA-Solutions for each of our clients.

Your account manager helps the client come up with details of requirements. We offer a 3 day free requirement assessment period, meaning that our account manager will work with you for up to 3 days and will do a requirement analysis for your organization with no obligation to you.

We can then adopt a development methodology (Waterfall or Agile methodologies). We develop a prototype and demonstrate the functionality to the client and after approval we proceed with complete development. This way our clients can evaluate the solutions and reduce the risks thus ensuring 100% satisfaction from our client.
