We are offering free beta version development for our software solution products. This enables you to use the software for a trial period of 30 days for free. If you like it, we will finalize the software for you. If you are unhappy in the slightest, there is no obligation to purchase and the software remains property of BBA-Solutions. It is as simple and as honest as that!

How this offer works

1. The client and BBA enter in to a MoU/MSA outlining the terms and conditions of the agreement including the confidentiality and ownership clauses.

2. BBA outlines the time frame for requirement assessment and beta version development.

3. BBA outlines the knowledge inputs required from the client.

4. An expected date of delivery for the beta version is given to the client.

5. Upon completion the beta version is implemented at the client site and a free trail period of 30 days is offered.

6. If, after 30 days, the client wishes to continue, improve upon or customise the product, then a fee as agreed in the initial agreement is payable by the client.

7. If the client does not wish to continue using the product, BBA removes all the implementation from the client systems and signs off. The client does not need to pay any fee. In this case the client will have no right to the beta version and it will be the sole property of BBA-Solutions.
